Big Texas Fun. One Mission Worth Showing Up For.
Texas Underground Armory is Mission Ready™ for Camp Hope—and you’re invited.
Join Team Underground November 6th and 7th at Sam Houston Race Park for a weekend of rodeo, live music, BBQ, and Texas hospitality—all supporting a mission close to our hearts: helping veterans through Camp Hope.
For every Mission Ready™ service plan purchased from TUA at the event November 6–7, we’ll donate $50 to Camp Hope.
Get a year of firearm care and service benefits while supporting our veterans. Come meet the crew, take your shot at our ammo-count guessing contest, and check out the firearms we’ve donated for auction.
Bring your friends. Bring your family. Let’s show up for our veterans.
What Makes This Houston Gun Store Different
Most gun stores sell firearms. We outfit Texans. Texas Underground Armory was founded by veterans who understand that your Second Amendment right isn’t a product category — it’s a conviction. Every guest who walks through our doors in Jersey Village gets the same thing: honest answers, real expertise, and a team that’s more interested in getting you the right firearm than making a quick sale. Not sure why in-store beats online? Here’s the full breakdown.
Gunsmithing & Custom Work
From optic cuts and stippling to full custom AR-15 builds, you're not sending your firearms to a stranger - you're entrusting it to a team that treats it like their own. Our in-house gunsmiths are certified Cerakote applicators operating under our FFL license.

Built by Veterans. Run by Team Underground.
Texas Underground Armory started with one conviction — that Houston deserved a gun store built around its guests, not around the sale. John “UTAH” Logsdon brought that idea out of the oil and gas industry and into Jersey Village, and Team Underground made it a reality: veterans, gunsmiths, and firearms specialists who treat every guest with the same respect they’d want for themselves.
Whether you’re asking about your first 9mm or your third suppressor, you’ll get straight answers, zero pressure, and people who actually know what they’re talking about. That’s not a marketing line — it’s the standard Team Underground holds itself to every day behind that counter.
TUA has earned Business Rate’s Best of 2026 Harris County gun stores, Houston’s Best Gun Store Bronze 2025, Top 3 Gunsmith 2025, and Fastest Growing Veteran Business 2024. We’re a licensed FFL dealer offering FFL transfers, custom firearms, and the kind of gun store in Houston that Team Underground would actually want to shop at.
What Houston Guests Are Saying
