Challenge Coins first emerged during the World War I era, gaining popularity among the Air Force and Army Special Forces. Soldiers and airmen began the tradition of carrying custom-designed coins representing their units, which they kept with them at all times as a tangible symbol of their affiliation with the organization.

Each coin displays our logo and mascot, Bravo the Bull on the front.
The reverse side of every coin highlights the first three words of the Constitution of the United States, which hold immense significance: “We the People.” They declare that the Constitution derives its power not from a king or Congress but from the people themselves. It is the foundation upon which our country was founded.
The outer edge of the reverse side showcases a phrase that carries profound importance to TUA founder, John Logsdon, stemming from his service in the U.S. Air Force. “Lead, follow or get the hell out of the way” is a slogan that has been associated with the U. S. military and is often used to convey a sense of leadership, decisiveness and determination. It embodies the ethos of leadership and assertiveness that is highly valued in military culture.
